Prepare Master Thesis
The prerequisite for writing a master's thesis at the Department of Finance visiting a SBWL at the Institute . Students are encouraged to become self-employed to search for a topic for the work and to formulate a research question.

Exposé
Before you can begin editing the theme, an exposé (circumference approximately 5 pages) shall be prepared . The following points should be clarified and added:
1.Welchen working title ( subject ), the master work ?
2. What question (s ) is (s ) you actually answer with work ( problem / goal of the thesis ) ?
3. Why is this issue important?
4. What research methods will be used to answer the question (planned methodology ) ?
5. What results can be expected?
6. How does the ( rough ) structure / layout of the work of ( non-binding Index) ?
7.What literature is used ( should contain the most important literature , which is used for work ) ?
8.Zeitplan ( with milestones )

2. Search topic
3. Write Expose
Search 4 Supervisor
5. Approve topic
6. Master begin work
Visit 7. Master Seminar *
8. Master finish work
* Prerequisites (expected knowledge) for the Master's Seminar:
1. Lecture 20 min . Power Point presentation
2. Research question including the method / model specification should already be drawn up
3. Highlights of the previous theme editing
4. Outlook for the rest of the work
